Violet White Beauty

Violet White Beauty is a rare white tea known for its purple leaves, a natural mutation found only in certain tea trees in Yunnan. The violet hue comes from anthocyanins, the same compounds in blueberries and red wine, giving the tea its distinctive flavor profile unlike any other white tea. 

The leaves are processed with the same gentle restraint as traditional white tea—lightly withered and air-dried to preserve their delicate character.

In the cup, it brews a pale champagne liquor with a faint blush. The aroma is clean and lightly fruity, with hints of fresh berries. On the palate, it offers the honeyed sweetness of white tea, but accented with notes of ripe plum and a clean mineral freshness that lingers softly.
