White Peony

White Peony is a gently expressive white tea from Fuding region in Fujian. While other teas are crafted with heat and technique, White Peony is tea in its purest form — only withered and dried, completely naturally.

Left untouched by human hands, the sun-dried tea retains the clean sweetness of nature. The result is leaves with silvery-white buds, nestled among shades of sage, moss and charcoal, like petals scattered and waiting to bloom in your cup.

In the cup, the liquor is pale and luminous, with a soft golden hue. The aroma is delicate, carrying notes of wildflowers, melon rind, and fresh hay.
