Yunnan Red

Yunnan Red is a signature full-bodied black tea from the highlands of Yunnan, the birthplace of tea itself. Made from large-leaf varietals native to the region, the tea possesses a natural sweetness that needs no added weight or smoke.

The broad leaves are carefully oxidized to draw out a layered richness. The result is a tea covered in golden tips that give the liquor a soft, honeyed character. 

In the cup, it pours a deep amber-red, clear and luminous. The aroma is warm and comforting, with notes of baked grain, dried fruit, and soft cocoa.
